The OR Lounge.com Privacy Policy Registration Registration requires a unique username, a password, and a valid e-mail address. In order to enjoy member privileges, e-mail confirmation is required. While members are required to provide The OR Lounge with a valid e-mail, there is an option to allow or disallow the availability of e-mail information to other members. Members e-mail addresses are available, regardless, to the forum administrator and super moderators. Because passwords are encrypted in the database, it is impossible for them to be decoded by any staff member, even with direct access to the forum database. Bulletins The The OR Lounge administrator may periodically e-mail important notices or bulletins to members. This can be disabled via the User Control Panel. Profile Registered members have the option of filling out a user profile which includes information such as their instant messaging handles, and other information.
